Hey, This is WHERE THE RUBBER MEETS THE ROAD! Come have a look!! With three to five people coming together at 11:00 a.m. in the Senior Center Lobby, we have develop an event that has installed operating systems, helped develop connectivity to the web and to other computers, we are working on several database projects, we've built a computer for a retirement center in Nebraska delivered and installed by a member, and we've drunk a lot of coffee and had a very interesting, fun time. We've also completed many pages of our FRPCUG.org website. It is starting to function quite well for our club!
All are welcome. When we have enough to be a crowd, maybe they'll give us a room! We nearly always have a wireless access point, so come join us and we'll see what develops! Several people have mentioned they would be interested in participating in a "WEB Development SIG." Show up on Saturday morning and we'll deflipper a time and place to expand the idea!
